By accessing or using Hamro Business Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

Hamro Business Platform provides business management tools including:

• Business profile creation and management
• Student Information System (SIMS)
• Job posting and application management
• Complaint management system
• API access for integrations

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. Registration and Account

To use Hamro Business Platform, you must:

• Have a valid Hamro App account
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Be legally capable of entering into contracts

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any local, state, or national laws
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service

5. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require payment. By selecting a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change fees with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hamro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to use it for providing the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions that should survive termination shall survive.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hamro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months.
